How much does JoinAlbum cost?+
Every album starts free with up to 10 photos or videos. Unlimited uploads for one event is a one-time payment of €49.
Do I pay once or every month?+
Once. JoinAlbum is not a subscription: you pay for the event you are running, and there is nothing to cancel afterwards.
How long do I keep the album?+
Guests can upload for 30 days after your event date, and the album stays online for six months. The unlimited plan also downloads everything as one ZIP, so the files are yours to keep.
