Why couples lose so many guest photos
At most weddings the best candid moments are scattered across dozens of phones. A friend records the first dance, a cousin catches the table reactions, someone gets the perfect clip from the dance floor. Afterwards those files sit in camera rolls, group chats and stories, and the couple sees a fraction of them.
Guests are happy to share in the moment, but only if it takes seconds. Every extra step, an app to install, an account to create, a folder invitation to accept, costs you some of them, and the older relatives first.
What guests see
They scan the code with the phone camera, type their name and choose photos or videos. That's it. The page works in any phone browser, on iPhone and Android, so nobody needs instructions beyond the sign.
Videos are stored exactly as recorded. Photos are optimised in the guest's browser before they upload, so they go through quickly even on venue Wi-Fi, and they keep up to 2,560 px on the long side, enough for screens and standard prints.
What you get on the day
A QR studio with 28 templates, so the code goes on a sign, a table card, a post or a story that matches your wedding, ready to print. A co-host, typically your partner, who can review the gallery and download files with you. And a live slideshow you can put on a screen so new photos appear during the party.
The album starts private: guests can upload, but only you and your co-host see everything. If you'd like guests to browse and download the gallery too, make it public or protect it with a password, whenever you choose.
What you keep after
Guests can keep uploading for 30 days after the wedding, which catches the photos people mean to send the next morning. The album stays online for 6 months, and you can download the full collection as one ZIP at any point. Keep a copy somewhere safe and it's yours for good.
One album per wedding, priced per wedding: free with up to 10 photos or videos, or €49 once for unlimited uploads. There is no subscription to remember to cancel.
