How to run a photo scavenger hunt at your wedding

Keep it to 10–15 photos

Long enough to keep guests busy between courses, short enough that they finish. Twenty works if the party runs late.

Put a card on every table

One card per table turns it into a team game and starts conversations between guests who don't know each other.

Tell guests where the photos go

A hunt nobody can share ends in camera rolls. Add your upload link so the card prints its QR code, and mention it in a speech.

Is the scavenger hunt generator free?+

Yes. Pick your prompts, print as many cards as you need and copy the list. No account, and nothing you type is saved.

How do I print it?+

Press Print. Only the card prints, sized for a standard A4 or US Letter sheet. Print one per table, or scale it down to two per page in your printer settings.

Where should guests upload the photos?+

Anywhere you can share as a link. A shared Google Photos album or Drive folder works if your guests have Google accounts. A JoinAlbum album needs no app and no account, and comes with its own QR code. Its free plan holds 10 photos or videos, so a scavenger hunt across several tables needs the €49 unlimited plan.

Can kids play?+

Yes. Tick Kid-friendly and the list leaves out prompts about the bar and the end of the night.
