Create one album for the wedding
Add your names and the wedding date. The link and the QR code are ready straight away. Guests can upload for 30 days after the date, so the morning-after photos still make it in.
Decide who can see the photos
Albums start private: guests can upload, but only you and your co-host see everything. If you'd rather everyone could browse and download the gallery, switch it to public or protect it with a password. You can change this at any time.
Design and print the QR sign
Pick one of the 28 templates, add your names and download it as a poster, a table card, a square post or a story, in PNG, SVG or PDF. Print a large one for the entrance and small cards for the tables, then test the printed code with two or three different phones.
Put the code where guests already look
The ceremony programme, every table, the bar and the welcome sign. Add the link to your wedding website or invitation too, so nobody is surprised on the day.
Ask once, out loud
Ten seconds from the MC, or one line in a speech, does more than any sign. Guests upload most while the party is happening, so ask during the reception, not a week later.
Send the link again the next morning
Plenty of the best clips are still sitting in camera rolls. A short message with the same link the day after catches the guests who meant to upload and forgot.
Download everything before the album closes
The album stays online for 6 months after the wedding. Download the full set as one ZIP and keep a copy somewhere safe.
Why guest photos go missing
The best candid moments of a wedding end up on dozens of phones. A friend films the first dance, a cousin catches the speeches, someone gets the dance floor at midnight. A week later those files are still in camera rolls, scattered through a group chat, or waiting for someone to remember to send them.
Asking afterwards rarely works. People mean to share and then forget, and older relatives often don't know how. What works is making sharing possible at the moment guests are already holding their phones, and making it take seconds.
Your options, compared
